Alpha Pressure Washing – Terms and Conditions Policy

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of pressure washing services by Alpha Pressure Washing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accepting a service quote, signing a service agreement, or scheduling work, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Legally Binding Agreement

All service agreements entered with Alpha Pressure Washing are legally binding. Deposits made are non-refundable if the client cancels without cause.

2. Product Warranties

We extend only those warranties provided by the manufacturers of the products we use. Alpha Pressure Washing does not provide additional warranties. Concerns must be reported immediately.

3. Water and Electricity Usage

Clients must provide on-site access to water and electricity at no additional cost. If unavailable or not functioning, delays and added charges may occur.

4. Surface Appearance & Color Variations

Due to material properties and age, results may vary. We are not responsible for inconsistencies in appearance after treatment, particularly with wood or concrete surfaces.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping pets, children, and others away from the work area during service and for 24 hours afterward.
• Removing all personal property from service areas (e.g., furniture, planters).
• Ensuring the property is watertight and electrical systems are safely installed.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments are subject to fees. You agree to cover any collection costs for unpaid balances.

7. Scheduling & Weather Delays

Schedules may shift due to weather. We will notify you of any changes to start or completion dates.

8. Liability for Damages

Alpha Pressure Washing is not liable for damages resulting from:

• Pre-existing structural issues
• Improper installation of siding, windows, or fixtures
• Fading or discoloration caused by sun exposure
• Loose materials (e.g., mortar, gutters) dislodging during cleaning

9. Stain Removal Limitations

Some stains (e.g., paint, sap, artillery fungus) may not be removable. We make every effort to identify and inform clients of these during quoting.

10. Water Infiltration & Property Condition

We assume your property is in good repair. We are not responsible for water damage caused by poor maintenance or construction.

11. Window Spotting

Water spots may form on windows. Window cleaning is not included unless otherwise stated in writing.

12. Concrete Cleaning Limitations

Concrete may reveal pre-existing imperfections after cleaning. Results may vary based on age, pour quality, and surface condition.

13. Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels within 2 days of the scheduled start date, they are responsible for all material costs incurred.
